Hello [NAME],

November has finally arrived.  Children await their most cherished holiday.   Many of our children will be experiencing their first Christmas this year.  Your store mascot, Izzie (pictured at the right), will also be witnessing her first Christmas.  The holiday season brings changes to The Treasured Child, the first of which is the change of the window displays designed and implemented by our office manager, Lis Schwedler.  Come and see the magic she has brought this time.

The second change is in our store hours.  From now to Christmas Eve the hours will be:

The third change will be the day after Thanksgiving (Novenber 28) the store will open at 9 am.

 The box is up for the kids to put their completed wish lists in for Santa to pick up each night.  Don't forget to ask for a wish list for your kids to fill out in the store. The store associate will explain this to you when you come in to the store.

Don't forget that the "real"  Santa (not one of his helpers) will be here at The Treasured Child on Friday Dec 12 from 5-8 pm.  Bring the kids to see and talk with Santa.  Professional photographer Barbara Edds from Clickity Clack Photography will be there to take photos for those that want them (this is optional).

There will be four Painting Parties held upstairs at the The Treasured Child (see schedule below).  Kids will be able to choose from ornaments, platters, plates and more to decorate and give as gifts.  Items range in price from $6 - $40 with no extraa charges.  After they paint the piece, Dixie Wells - owner of Pottery U Paint - will glaze, fire and return the piece to The Treasured Child in a week.

Come in and learn how to play the game that is taking La Grange by storm (Rolit).  You have a couple weeks to practice so come in and get the best at it you can be.   Why?  On Saturday Nov 22 there will be a Rolit  Tournament.  The willer will receive a $10.00 Certificate to spend in the store. How about that!

We have had one young man that found the penny in Find It and won $5.00 to spend in the store.  Come in and give it a try.
